Full Carabao Cup semi-final details confirmed sees all four clubs now know route to Wembley
The full Carabao Cup semi-final details are now known.
All four semi-finalists confirmed after Tuesday night.
This means all dates, timings and TV broadcast details are now sorted.
This follows the matches on Tuesday night at the Emirates.
Crystal Palace putting in a great defensive rearguard performance in the first half to keep the game goalless, then as the second half went on, the game seemingly drifting to an inevitable penalty shootout.
However, with ten minutes of normal time remaining, a Palace own goal from Lacroix looked to have sent Arsenal through to the final.
Only for a poorly defended set-piece five minutes into added time seeing Marc Guehi grab a dramatic late equaliser.
Fifteen penalties were then taken successfully and difficult to tell just how good the penalties were and/or how poor the attempts at saving them were. Anyway, none of these 15 penalties were remotely close to being denied and then Lacroix stepped up to make it a nightmare evening for himself, as his weak effort couldn’t fail to be saved by Kepa in the Arsenal goal.
So four Champions League clubs will be competing in the Carabao Cup last four.
